Senior Software Developer (m|w)

Description

You will join a young and dynamic team of developers to create new features and enhance existing network/security products. We expect you to be a good problem solver and be adaptable to various programming languages/domains. You should be able to mentor and guide members of the development team during their programming and product design tasks.

Your tasks

• Selection, integration and adaptation of Open source software
• Software development of in-house components
• Improvement and enhancements of existing development processes

These qualifications are required

Support Engineer (m|w)

Description

As Support Engineer you will assist in various tasks of the in-house development department. Your role primarily includes the testing of products, diagnosis of returned faulty products and post-sales technical support.

Your tasks

• Assembly and final testing of various products
• Testing and reporting of development products
• Diagnosis and repair of returned faulty products
• Post-sales technical support including
• Resolve customer issues (either management of our appliances or assistance with implementation)
• 1st-level support - answering support calls via phone and e-mail to ensure a rapid and satisfying support experience for our customers.
• 2nd-level support - resolving most technical problems of our customers, working closely with 3rd-level support to resolve most difficult problems.
• Assistance in administration of stock and logistics

These qualifications are required

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, Programming or a related subject is required
• Experience in working with Linux, data networks, TCP/IP and security mechanisms

Student Trainee

You are a student looking for earning money in addition to your studies? You want to gain work experience in a young and dynamic company while you are studying? Then this is your chance!

We are constantly looking for several qualified and motivated student trainees who want to contribute for longer periods to the success of our company in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Student trainee Software Developer

You are interested in software developing, especially in the domain of network/Internet security. You should already have some programming knowledge and should be willing to learn new things. As developer you can expect interesting and challenging tasks.

Your tasks

• System and application development with Linux
• Adaptation of open source software
• Learning the high-level programming language Adobe Flex in order to design and implement features of our graphical user interfaces

Qualifications
